When will my order ship?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. During new collection launches, please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking information to update.
Do you offer digital PDF patterns or physical paper patterns?
Currently, we specialize in digital PDF patterns. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your pattern, which includes tiled files for home printing and large-scale files for copy shop printing.
What is your return policy on sewing patterns?
Due to the digital nature of our products, PDF sewing patterns are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once the download link has been sent.
Can I sell garments made from Matchy Matchy patterns?
Our patterns are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell garments made from our designs without prior written consent and a commercial license.
Do you ship your physical goods internationally?
Yes, we ship our fabric and physical notions worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to our comprehensive size chart included in each product listing. We recommend choosing your size based on your current body measurements rather than your standard ready-to-wear size.
