At Matchy Matchy Sewing Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping bag or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
